Bulk Beef Orders

Our beef is 100% grass fed. No grain, hormones, drugs, antibiotics or vaccines - ever. We have partnered with a neighbor who is transitioning to certified organic.  Because he is not yet certified, the beef we have from him cannot be certified, although it is free of drugs, antibiotics, hormones, and raised entirely on his transition pastures.   Our pastures are certified organic and the beef raised entirely on our farm are certified organic.
 
Our Beef is processed and inspected at a family owned, organic meat processor. !/4 beef will be cut with our standard cutting instructions that we use to maximize retail value. While 1/2 beef can be customized if you desire.

Quarter or Half a Beef Share
An assortments of Steaks, Roasts, ground beef  and other cuts based on the share size.  See the "typical 1/4" below.  When you order a 1/4 or 1/2, you will be able to set up your own custom cutting order according to your own specifications.  We'll help you with the process.
 
Quarter Costs:
A quarter share ofour grass-fed  beef will yield approximately 100 to 120 pounds of freezer meat. All costs approximate.
  1/4 meat hanging weight (140-165 pounds) x $4.55 = $637.00 - $750.00
  Plus Processing $125.00 - $150.00 approx
  Total $762.00 - $900.00
Half Costs:
A half share of our grass-fed  beef will yield approximately 200 to 240 pounds of freezer meat. All costs approximate.
  1/2 meat hanging weight (275-325 pounds) x $4.45 = $1223.00 - $1446.00
  Plus Processing $ 220.00 -  $ 300.00 approx
  Total $1443.00 - $1746.00
